My name is Evelyn, usually called Eve-lyn by my high school classmates, Eves (Evs) from my college SA buds, EC from the office. But the more popular nick and pseudonym is Yevka. I discovered the name "Yevka" way back in college, a decade ago with my friend Mahryska. (Then she was just Poidy to me! Hehe!) From a baby names book, it was the Russian version of Eve. I started using it as emails and chat names and eventually my power name, during Leap 21. After that, a limited few would not be able to recognize Yevka.
